At Heatherdowns our care plans are created to address the medically complex needs
of our residents, while promoting the highest possible quality of life and level of function.
We offer both long-term and short-term care as well as respite care for those times when
primary at-home caretakers are in need of a short break. Our professional staff, led by
our Medical Director, consists of attending physicians, physical, occupational and speech
therapists, nursing staff, Activities Director, care plan coordinators and social workers.
Specialty medical services are also provided on-site as needed.
